I’m Terri Rockney, a Wisconsin real estate broker with decades of experience helping people navigate meaningful life transitions through buying and selling homes. I understand that these decisions are often tied to much more than real estate — and my role is to help you feel informed, confident, and well cared for throughout the process.

In addition to real estate brokerage, my background includes hands-on experience in home building and design. That experience shapes how I evaluate homes, advise clients, and think about layout, functionality, and long-term livability — not just surface details.

I grew up in a small Wisconsin village — the Village of Taylor. That experience shaped how I view community, responsibility, and the way people show up for one another. Village Lane is a nod to those roots and to the belief that real estate should feel personal, thoughtful, and grounded in trust.
